Payment and Shipping
We normally ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail to addresses within the United States, to U.S. military APO or FPO addresses, and to addresses within these U.S. territories: American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
Our shopping cart automatically calculates the shipping weight and charges for delivery via standard USPS Priority Mail when you place your order. It is sometimes possible to ship orders more economically using USPS Priority Mail "Regional Rate" or "Flat Rate" service, but we cannot determine the most economic service for a particular order until it is prepared and packed. Whenever USPS "Regional Rate" or "Flat Rate" is more economic than standard Priority Mail service, we ship orders using the most economic Priority Mail service and bill accordingly.

If you should receive an item from us that does not meet your expectations, we want to know about it, so please contact us regarding it. We provide a money-back guarantee of your satisfaction with items purchased from us, subject to these conditions:
Items must be returned as sent and may not be altered or used. If you cut, polish, ream, drill, scratch, chip, damage, break, use, or alter an item in any other way, you own it.
Any items you wish to return must be mailed or shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt.
You are responsible for all shipping related charges. We do not refund postage, insurance or other shipping and handling charges in either direction.
We will credit your credit card or issue a refund check at our discretion after receipt and inspection of returned items.
While we have never done so, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any return we deem abusive or unreasonable.
